Principal Andrew Boyd has worked in game audio for 19 years, having shipped more than 30 titles across many platforms and genres. In mid-2011, Andrew left his role as Audio Director at Electronic Arts' Visceral Games Redwood Shores studio, where he'd been since 2006 shipping titles such as Dead Space 2, Dante's Inferno, and Godfather II. Before EA, Andrew had been Studio Audio Director at Stormfront Studios - for over a decade he'd led the critically acclaimed audio team on titles such as Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Demon Stone, and Blood Wake. Andrew's work has been nominated for BAFTA, TEC, AIAS, IGDA, and GANG awards; Dead Space 2 won the Inside Gaming Award for "Best Sound" in 2011. Andrew has spoken at GDC several times, and has written for Game Developer Magazine and Gamasutra.
